EASY 30 DAY RETURNS POLICY

CSUB has a fast and easy return policy, with customer satisfaction in mind we want you to be happy with your purchase so if for any reason you are dissatisfied you may return any items purchased on our websites within 30 days of the purchase date subject to the conditions below.

We do however require you to notify us of your return in writing to info@csubwetsuits.com. Instructions must be left as to whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging, tags and accessories in a reusable condition.

CSUB does not offer returns on Clearance products, sale items or discounted products.

CSUB is not responsible for mishandling of products.

Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise.

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model.

If the product is returned due to incorrect supplied item or manufacturing defect CSUB will pay the return postage.

If you return something due to it being unsuitable or not fitting correctly, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.
